Legal Crap & Other Stuff

“This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts."

Do whatever you want with my lots, and whatever else I post on this site. However, I do not appreciate or tolerate blatant stealing, uploading to paysites, or the Exchange.

All my lots require ALL EP's & SP's. From my knowledge, trying to install a lot without a EP installed can result in serious borkination, SP's less so, if using Non-maxian products.

ALL LOTS that require Paycrap will be noted in the brief, and directed to the Booty for download. These lots do not contain the actual pay files within the .zip or .rar

For the remaining custom content, it will be listed in the brief whether the content is included in the lot, or required downloading from a seperate site, (MTS2, GOS, for example).

Regarding TS3:
If the file contains custom patterns, it will be noted, assuming I realise they're actually being used (in which case, I shall either edit or notify).

If a lot contains Store items, it will be noted for you to be aware that the specific objects will either revert to default, or you can go shopping/"awesomeshopping" for said items.

Are you Alive?

3 Bedroom House - Requested

This house was requested by Haaailey at MTS a while ago, but I no longer had the save file with the house on my computer and I had placed my backup disc in a strategic location that later eluded me. Anyhoo, as you can see, I did manage to find the disc, and included the house in Georgia Falls, but this is the house on its own.

When in Sunset Valley, the house was occupied by the D'Angelo family until I let them die out. The house has 3 bedrooms bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs there's a large office, a large kitchen, a formal dining area and 2 living rooms. The backyard is quite large, and has an area that is suitable for gardening.

The interior is kinda....blah, but it's managable, and nothing an Architect neighbour can't fix.

Georgia Falls - New Neighbourhood for Download

"Georgia Falls is a once thriving mining and logging town located within the Georgia Sound. With a wide range of locations for residents to move to, the town is slowly reigniting life into the town, bringing it out of the days when it was the blight on the Sim-Map.
The town was once home to a thriving rail industry, however since the rails left the town, it has left the area with several walking trails that provide plenty of peaceful, open spaces for a sim to take in the surrounding environment.
With 147 lots to choose from, the town is quite large, so not recommended for people with lower end computers, I'm sorry for that, but I primarily built this lot for my own play-style."

9 Carbon Court (Furnished)

As promised earlier in the week, here I am with a furnished copy of 9 Carbon Court. The house pretty much remains the same, with room for 3 sims, with room to expand in the second bedroom.

The living room contains a formal sitting area, a small study area as well as a fishtank. The main bedroom features a double bed, with a chest of drawers.  I left the backyard with the trambampoline, as well as a small BBQ area, and a place for sims to relax.

Since I used content from Base/WA/HELS/AMB, I've kept the CC to the exact same items in the unfurnised version.

Furnished Price: $65,751
Unfurnished:       $36,859

402 Coastal Reach Drive (Unfurnished)

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the beachfront strip of Orchard, and features large windows in the open plan living area to make the most of the spectacular ocean views.

With a large combined living, dining area and kitchen, and a seperate formal study, the house is suitable for medium sized families, with room to expand.

The two smaller bedrooms are located on the first floor, which also features a large bathroom that can be divided to create a seperate laundry and bathroom, or a large family bathroom.

The main bedroom features an ensuite, and is located towards the rear of the house, with views into the backyard.

Speaking of the backyard and landscaping, the house has a large backyard, which has a paved area for entertaining, as well as grass to feel between your toes.

The front yard is landscaped, providing a beautiful frontage for neighbours to be envious of.

As with 9 Carbon Court, this is an unfurnished property, but comes with kitchen cabinets and bathroom fittings. A furnished version will follow in a few days, time permitting.

9 Carbon Court (Unfurnished) (Reuploaded)

By repeated request and careful prodding, I've finally got around to sorting out how to get rid of T$R crap from file uploads. That means I can probably get around to sharing some of my houses a bit more easily now.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is currently occupied in Orchard by Austin and Alexandre Harris, and their adopted daughter Maria. Located in a small cul-de-sac near the seaside, the property features a large dine-in kitchen, as well as an open living room. With a landscaped garden in front, and a small amount of landscaping in the backyard, the property has an impressive façade, while giving the new owners the option to create their own oasis in the backyard.

At this stage, I'm releasing this as an unfurnished property (aside from the kitchen and bathroom, though like all new houses in real life, you need to supply your own appliances).

I plan on releasing a furnished property in the very near future. I just need to make sure I'm using only items from base/WA/HELS/AMB and not de-crapified store crap.

Prices for the property in Carbon Court on a 30 x 20 plot are:

Furnished: §37,525
Unfurnished: §34,041

Orchard, a new neighbourhood.

Edit: Shit, I forgot to mention you need to have WA installed. I did have HELS installed when I finally finished this, but I don't know how TS3 stuff packs work in terms of compatibility. Sorry.

I had been working on this since CAW first came out, but then Christmas, life, and a trip to NYC got in the way. Once I made it back, I got around to finishing the neighbourhood, and since then I have spent time testing and fixing annoying errors in the town.  The town was my first full attempt at a town, so there's obviously some things that I have learned and will incorporate into my next project.

Before installing this world, you will need to have previously installed:

- Riverview (in order to get the City hall)

- The Sims 2 clapboard thing by me is included in this .rar

- TS2 Discrete Concrete Pattern by Plum@Modthesims: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=355697

- Used in CAW, CAR Urban Lines Parkway texture for the country road and CAR Urban Lines by ashillion @ MTS: www.modthesims.info/member.php

- In the pictures I've used the Euro road replacements by BogSims, however these aren't required to get the neighbourhood to work.

About the town:

The town of Orchard is a small settlement located by Elm Creek. Found in 1866 by Sir Johnson Smith who transformed the area into a large plantation with small workers houses. The town emerged from the ashes following the Great Fire of 1922, which ravaged the surrounding landscape. With the orchards destroyed, and the housing settlements gone, the area was rebuilt on the former grounds of the the orchard plantation. The original walls of the homestead remain in place, reminding the town of the rich agricultural heritage that created and sustained the town.

The town contains all the rabbitholes, including the graveyard rabbithole. The town also contains all (I think?) of the basegame searchables, as well as a few spawn points for treasure and some other WA things. The town also contains a gym, pool, fishing lake, library and art gallery as well as a large central park, with a smaller park nextdoor, and smaller parks around the residential areas.

In the creek there's quite a lot of fish and frog fishing points, as well as an island that has access to the rarer types of spawnables. To reach the island you need to use the teleport or the Zentransporter thing. The spawn points around the town are fairly logical, the majority of the spawnpoints are for common seeds/rocks/bugs, with some of the rarer things being either hard to reach, or hidden behind things so you really have to search for them. Just remember to give the game time to generate these points, as some of the rocks and seeds took nearly a week to show up, and some of the digsites seem to be really random.

Sims have access to the entire valley, except for the farmland on the outskirts, because no farmer wants people prancing around on their land. The heritage orchard, however is accessable to sims, and if you're really desperate for sims to get out of town, they can run around the edges of the farmland. Sims also have access to a historic viewpoint in the mountains, but you can find your own way there.

There's unfortunately one street in the neighbourhood where the street texture is kinda clipping through the terrain. I've tried to fix it, however after fixing the majority of it, I've realised I can't fix this one area anymore without fucking up the rest of the town in the process.

There's 91 lots in the town, ranging from the 13 x 18 beach lot, to the largest which is 64 x 60 for the stadium. The majority of the residential lots range from 19 x 20, 20 x 29, 20 x 30 and 30 x 30. I didn't realise there were some lots ending in a _9 until I had started properly playing, so I apologise for that. As for playing, I've been going through numerous versions of this until reaching this edition. For the smaller lots, I had downloaded all of Plasticbox's lots, and other sims have been moving in and filling up the neighbourhood. So while they're not included, I will make a suggestion that these cheaper lots will allow sims to move in quickly.

Lot numbers are as follows:

29 x 20: 7 lots
30 x 20: 46 lots
20 x 20: 12 lots
19 x 19: 1 lot
21 x 20: 1 lot
19 x 20: 5 lots
13 x 18: 1 lot (Beach Lot)
19 x 10: 1 (Garden/Park)
10 x 20: 1 (Small Park)
50 x 49: 1 (school)
28 x 40: 1 (Park)
62 x 40: 1 (Main Park)
40 x 40: 3 lots (All community)
40 x 30: 1 lot (Community Pool)
30 x 30: 7 lots (All community, except 1 residential)
64 x 60: 1 lot (Stadium)
60 x 50: 1 lot (Barracks)

As for the houses, the majority are my own build, from ones that I have previously released, or ones I quickly made for the town, the others are from Sunset Valley and the Lot Catalog. All the community lots are custom built to fit into their respective locations.

Textures used: 8 including the road country road texture.

I think that's it. Usual stuff, don't steal, karma's a bitch eh.

Modern Mountainish Home, by Request.

I had this house requested by Coltraz over at ModTheSims Forums, and as promised I'm uploading it.

To be honest when I uploaded some of the original pictures, the house was only barely furnished. Now, after some poking and prodding, I furnished the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

I'm not really sure how it would work being placed in other locations, but in my game it is located at the end of Wright Way (180 Wright Wy, to be exact).

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with breathtaking views of the bay in Sunset Valley. Large double story living room provides a large, airy feeling, combined with the interior balcony providing access to the two minor bedrooms, the third bathroom, as well as a small area for laundry or storage options.

House features sunken double garage, with large windows giving the best garage view in Sunset Valley. Main bedoom is located on the main floor, with ensuite and access onto the balcony.

This house is a recreation of a house I had made in The Sims 2, that has been recreated and adjusted for the difference in playstyle and build options.

Features security system on the outside wall, to the right of the garage door, as well as smoke alarm in the kitchen.

2 bedroom house.

Yes, I suck at titles for these things.

Anyway,

2 bedroom 'First Homebuyers' House for TS3.

In my Sunsuck Valley, one of the first children that I created in my game finally grew up. As such, I've moved Yetta Finkelstein out of her parents ranch house and into this small house.

House features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a landscaped backyard. I tried to keep the prices of objects down to make it more affordable, but as Yetta had done quite well in her career before moving out, some of the landscaping sent the price of the property up.

Furnished Price: $57,447
Unfurnished: $32,441

~ TOU ~

Do whatever you want with this house, gut it, rebuild it, extend it, shrink it. Just don't upload it claiming it as your own, and certainly don't put it up on T$R or The Exchange.

You will need the following to get the house looking like the pictures:

-Siding by me, included with .zip

-EAxian Natural Slate Roof by Tammy_trauma: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=367744

-Stairs by Tammy_trauma@MTS2: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=368211

-Stair railing by Srikandi: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=362401

All of these are the same as the previous upload, so if you already had that house, you should already have these items installed.

As far as I can tell, there's no other custom patterns in the lot, but if they are hiding, I apologize.

3 Bedroom Country House

I threw some pictures of this lot up the other day on MTS2, and as promised, I'm uploading it for download.

In my Sunset Valley, the house is located up near those crappy (even by EAxis standards) houses near the criminal stronghold, and is occupied by 3 roommates.

House features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate study. Living area also contains an open plan kitchen and dining area, which flows onto a reasonable sized deck. Backyard contains a garage for either dumping a criminal's loot, or another car, and space behind for gardening.

For the uploaded version, I've ripped the double beds out of the smaller rooms, and replaced them with more, sprog-appropriate berthings.

Furnished Price: $67,980
Unfurnished:     $41,445
Lot Size: 20 x 30

**Before installing, you shoud have the following installed**
From EAxis Store (or MATY):
- Regal Living Set (the build mode items, most importantly)
- Ultra Lounge & UL Youth Set (mainly the beds in the spawn berths)
- Bayside Set (various decorating stuffz & kitchen)
- Hewnsman Set (decor)

Although I'm told the store stuff will revert back to EAxian standard fug when not in the game, it's probably better to go with it anyway, but it's your choice.

Also there's custom content that is "needed":

-ContemporaryBuildSet from Simlogical: http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims3/Sims3.htm

-Siding by me, included with .zip

-EAxian Natural Slate Roof by Tammy_trauma: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=367744

-Stairs by Tammy_trauma@MTS2: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=368211

-Stair railing by Srikandi: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=362401

Anyway, on with the pictures:
